Getting every letter right matters less than explaining your reasoning. Recognizing missing information is a skill, not a failure. Great for PLCs, IEP team training and new-teacher onboarding.
Use the four questions on every SDI statement

ChangeWhat are we changing about instruction?
DeliveryWho provides it, how often, and where?
DataHow will we know whether it is working?
If the IEP does not answer these questions, the SDI is probably too vague.
