Helena is a licensed Masters's Social worker in the state of Illinois with 5 years of professional work experience. She received her Master of social work in counseling from the University of Illinois University- Carbondale with a concentration in Health and Mental Health. Helena has experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, child-parent relationship training, trauma, and abuse, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. She believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. She is passionate about normalizing mental health treatment and improving access to mental health care for all.
