Lindsey Gross

I am a mom of 4, passionate about learning and educating youth.  Learning is able to empower our future generations and I love giving the tools to my students to feel and be successful. I will use technology effectively and creatively to build on top of the concepts they already have confidence in. I have been a 6-8th grade math teacher for the past 9 years. My experience in the classroom allows me the knowledge to aide in classroom concerns as well as organizational skills.

For students who struggle with retention or need more time, tailored support allows them to feel successful without the stress or competition of the regular classroom. The guards that can be up in a middle/highschool classroom are removed with a 1 on 1 tutor.

What advice would you give to a family who is on the fence about signing up for a learning assessment (or counseling/therapy)?

Support will never hinder but can only help your child. Support can be the difference of your child getting lost in the crowd and feeling successful in the classroom.

What would you say to someone who is very anxious about learning problems in school?

You can feel confident with the right support and you CAN reach your full potential!
