Parallel Learning Outcomes: 2024-2025 School Year

This is Parallel's annual outcomes report for the 2024-2025 school year. It is self-reported data about Parallel's own services rather than independent research, and it is worth reading as such.

It covers what was delivered and to whom: over 77,000 virtual special education sessions across 18 states, with 80% of communities served falling into the High or Very High Vulnerability categories on the Social Vulnerability Index, and 88% rating High or Very High on the housing and transportation measures specifically. That distribution is the report's most substantive finding, because it describes where virtual services are actually being used.

It also reports student-perceived outcomes, including a mean score of 8.90 on students' feeling about their provider across service lines, and progress toward IEP goals: 98% of students served were at or above target expectations by year end, with a behavioral and mental health breakout of 94.3% on target and 5.7% above.
