About the district

Community Schools of Frankfort serves the city of Frankfort in Clinton County, Indiana, about 45 miles northwest of Indianapolis.

What the partnership covered

When Community Schools of Frankfort found itself without a school psychologist, the district was suddenly facing a large caseload across five school buildings. Parallel stepped in to provide additional evaluation capacity, helping the district address an immediate staffing gap and keep assessments moving forward for students across the district.

Through virtual special education services, Parallel gave the district access to qualified support when and where it was needed—helping its existing team manage demand during a challenging period.

How Parallel works with districts

Parallel providers are state-licensed clinicians who work with students over video, scheduled around the school day and coordinated with the district's special education team. Parallel operates as a School Official under FERPA and is ISO 27001 certified.
