Pathway is built for the clinician, but at Rogue River it matters just as much to the facilitator who brings students into sessions every day. Real-time student profiles surface attendance, IEP goals, due dates, and session history in one view, so the facilitator can answer case manager questions or pull progress data without interrupting a clinician mid-session.

Permanent, bookmarkable session links replaced weekly-rotating ones and let the district retire a separate access tool. Goals are tracked with clear metrics and a full audit history, and absences and session details are logged automatically.

Tested, and Renewed

During the 2025 renewal cycle, another virtual vendor moved to win the business back with a lower rate and waived implementation fees. The district weighed the pricing, and its special education team advocated for staying on the strength of the provider relationships, the platform experience, and the consistency of support through the year.

For the 2026–27 school year, Parallel supports a caseload of 93 students at Rogue River and has expanded into IEP case management support, a role previously handled by the district's internal teachers.
